Complaints Procedure

We sincerely hope that none of our customers have any complaints but we know that things can sometimes go wrong. When they do please get in touch with us and we will always do everything we can to resolve issues for you.

If you are a TDN Customer

If you have a complaint and are a customer of ours, please open a ticket from within your control panel.

We promise to always respond within 24 hours.

If you feel that a satisfactory response has not been achieved via the ticketing system then please make this known within your communications with us and then matters will be passed to a senior member of TDN and most likely one of the founders and directors of the business, who will then work with you to deliver a satisfactory outcome.

If you are not a TDN Customer

If you are not a customer of the TDN services but have a complaint or are letting us know about a domain name or website that was registered or hosted with us, please email us at the following email address: abuse complaint email

We will always respond within 24 hours and take appropriate action
